Objective. To increase the number of people from Romania ultimately deciding to relocate and cooperate with the agency.
What actions are we taking?
First, we developed a detailed communication strategy considering the cultural and social factors specific to Romania. This was essential, primarily for ensuring appropriate social media profile management and a website translation tailored to candidate requirements.
The next step involved translating the website into Romanian, creating a Romanian fan page, increasing its recognition in the Romanian market through a two-month Facebook Ads campaign, and regularly managing the Romanian social media profile.
Effects of our actions.
The agency faced the challenge of having no online presence in Romania. Unfortunately, as a result, many candidates who were offered jobs through this agency refused to relocate due to the lack of any information about the company.
Thanks to our efforts, information about the company (website and fanpage) appeared immediately when typing its name into Romanian search engines. Candidates also saw an extensive and continuously managed Facebook profile in their native language, which increased trust in the company.
